We'll be playing the following day at the Thundering Hearts Benefit in Milford | | Milford Legion Hall #450 (across from lattitudes cafe) | | The Fourth Annual Thundering Hearts event is a motorcycle benefit ride raising funds to help offset the cost for children with congenital heart disease attend Camp Joyful Hearts retreat camp in Clarksville, Ohio. The event is sponsored by Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center and was attended by over 600 people last year. Here's driving directions to Milford's American Legion Post 450:

2. Who gets to play at the Cincinnati Blues Festival.
This is an all day event with about 30 bands competing for these spots. | | Milford | | Check out http://www.putterstavern.com for more information and directions | | Serpentine Wall - Downtown Cincinnati | | Cincy Blues Fest 2008 will rock the river and feature some great blues. Come out and join us! I'll update the site with more information as its released. Blumanchu is currently not scheduled to perform at this event. All Bands must compete for "local stage" slots in the Cincinnati blues competition which is held on June 8th. Either way, if you like blues, this is always a great event. | | Fountain Square | | Blumanchu (in conjuction with the blues society) will be performing on Fountain Square to promote blues in the downtown area. This is a free concert to the public and theres plenty of other activities happening downtown that day. Theres a gospel choir performing earlier that afternoon on the square, a reds game (which starts at 7:10), and saturday night "movie night" held on fountain square. C'mon down and support "Keepin the blues alive in Downtown Cincinnati". | | Milford | | Check out http://www.putterstavern.com for more information and directions | | Downtown - A half block from fountain square | | Great Downtown Club in the heart of Downtown. Lots of room to mingle / dance while servig up some great martinis. We love to "bring the blues downtown" to this club that usually features a latin american dance theme on saturday nights. |
